Andrew “Andy” Lemmer is an experienced architect with a diverse background in residential and multifamily design, mixed-use developments, childcare facilities, healthcare environments, and commercial tenant improvement projects throughout the Denver area. He founded Architectural Synergy, LLC, where he served as Principal and Architect, providing architectural design services and guiding projects from initial concepts through design development, documentation, and implementation. His entrepreneurial experience, practical design approach, and broad knowledge of local project types support thoughtful, collaborative, and client-focused project delivery. In his free time, Andy enjoys playing golf, spending time with his family and grandchildren, and contributed as a member of the Jefferson County Commission and City of Golden's for preservation and conservation for 16 years.
