AVAILABLE POSITIONS
INTERIOR DESIGNER
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in Interior Design
- Basic knowledge of hospitality and gaming design
- Intentions to pursue or actively pursuing registration
- Must have technical proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Spexx and Microsoft Office
- Ability to balance interior design creativity with budget and schedule needs of project
- Interior Design - related degree from accredited program

SENIOR PROJECT ARCHITECT
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10 years’ experience in all aspects of project design and development, client relationship management, and professional practice
- Significant gaming and hospitality experience but must be able to contribute to and lead complex projects across all key market sectors
- Must be able to lead and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, and be able to independently manage and document projects from inception through completion, as needed
- Must have technical proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office, and an appreciation for holistic architectural process
- Should demonstrate experience in all areas of project and team management including excellent technical project knowledge, design proficiency, and financial project management skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited program
- Architectural licensure preferred but not required

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architecture
- Deep appreciation for the conceptual design and visioning process
- Must be able to clearly communicate design theory and process
- Experience with hospitality, gaming, and/or entertainment projects
- Functional knowledge of space planning, scale drawings, building codes, coordination with engineering disciplines
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and push boundaries of design, while adhering to budget requirements
- Must have technical proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office, and an appreciation for holistic architectural process
- An appreciation for holistic design approach
- Able to work independently or collaborate with a team of internal or external professionals
- Professional degree in architecture or a related field of study required
- Prefer candidates with current architectural registration or actively pursuing registration
