Due to weather limitations on construction timeframe and Owner feasibility requirements, the project required a unique modular approach using a 5-month construction window. Our team led a process of close collaboration with the Client, the hotel Brand, Developers, local agencies and Stakeholders to create properties that met each group's functional, operational, and design requirements while still adhering to tight construction schedules and budgets. Guest and Community recreation areas and amenities are woven into the design to maximize use of the site and take advantage of the picturesque Mountain views and lush natural scenery.
