Steve has spent the majority of his 30-year career in the casino, hotel and hospitality industry. He was the Lead Architect for the two highly successful major expansion and remodeling projects of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in both Tampa and Hollywood, FL, including the signature Guitar Hotel, totaling $2.2B. In addition to overseeing numerous projects for Seminole Tribe of Florida, he was Project Manager on Rivers Casino near Chicago and Sky Las Vegas, among others. Most recently he has focused on master plan design, as well as development and documentation for several hospitality properties.
Steve collaborates with clients, development and design teams to achieve project goals, including all design phases, schedules, budgets and quality. Steve graduated from North Dakota State University and is a licensed architect in Nevada and Florida as well as NCARB certificate holder.
