Jason Swenson is a LEED Accredited Professional with 30 years of Master Planning, Space Planning, Project Management, Program Management, Construction Administration, and international work experience. He has worked in Las Vegas since 2004 and managed a myriad of mid-to-very large ($1m-$3b) Hospitality Projects, including National work with Native American Tribes and International work in Southeast Asia. Jason is very experienced with Casino Resort design including complementary night club, food & beverage, retail, and entertainment venues. His ability to communicate professionally, maintain budgets & schedules, while emphasizing team efficiency and getting the “best design for the buck” has resulted in successful projects and thoroughly appreciative clients.
